- 南极邮轮之旅 条款与条件 -

1. 预订与付款
1.1 总共分为四个付款阶段。
1.2 定金:需支付 2500 美元 以确认预订。
1.3 尾款:剩余余额必须在 2025年11月1日之前支付。
1.4 付款需通过银行转账,以 马币(MYR) 支付,按照最新的美元兑马币汇率计算(如涉及海外银行手续费,将加收5%的附加费)。
1.5 只有在所有必需的付款和文件提交后,预订才被确认。

2. 取消政策
2.1 2025年3月31日(马来西亚时间23:59)之前:取消将收取 100美元 的行政费用。
2.2   2025年4月1日至6月30日(马来西亚时间00:00至23:59)
– 取消将收取 1000美元的罚金
– 如找到替代乘客,仅收取 100美元 的行政费用
2.3   2025年7月1日之后
– 已支付的所有款项不可退款。
– 不接受任何替代乘客。

 

3. 准时付款
3.1 所有款项必须按时支付。
3.2 如未按指定日期收到付款,“Bucket List”公司保留取消预订的权利。
3.3 因延迟付款或文件不全而导致的取消,将适用标准取消罚款政策。

 

4. 公司取消

  • 在意外情况或不可控/不可抗力事件(包括但不限于天气、潮汐、自然因素、交通延误/取消、疾病、大流行、罢工、战争或其他原因)发生时,我们保留随时更改/取消行程或推迟旅行的权利。请注意,可能无法获得退款,或可能会产生额外费用,具体情况将在旅行后确定。
  • 如果由于公司内部因素,比如团队成员未达到最低成团人数、领队安排出现不可预测的状况等,本公司将安排全额退款,您也可以选择转换参与其他行程。
 
 

5. 责任

5.1 团友的责任

  • 团友需自行承担任何天气、天灾人祸、航班、交通工具、路况、政治、以及其他各种不可抗拒因素的延误所造成的经济损失与额外花费。

  • 必须拥有:国际护照或其他被承认的旅行文件,有效期至少要从返回原国家的日期开始计算的6个月。

  • 根据所访问国家的各个当局要求的必要签证、疫苗和健康证明。

  • 如果任何旅游成员因持有非法物品或持有不正当的旅行文件或其他原因,或其行为和活动被外国政府认为是有害的,导致被移民当局拒绝入境或驱逐出境,公司不承担责任或赔偿费用,也不退还旅游价格。

  • 征收的服务费和签证费将完全由旅游成员承担。

5.2 公司的责任

  • 公司将承担:建议旅游成员需要哪些文件;

  • 在可能的情况下,协助乘客获取必要的签证。然而,公司无法保证任何签证申请的批准。

5.3 相关费用和收费

  • 征收的服务费和签证费将完全由旅游成员承担。

5.5 拒绝入境

  • 如果任何旅游成员因持有非法物品或持有不正当的旅行文件或其他原因,或其行为和活动被外国政府认为是有害的,导致被移民当局拒绝入境或驱逐出境,公司不承担责任或赔偿费用,也不退还旅游价格。

 

6. 旅游信息和价格

6.1 显示的价格为出版时的当前价格。

  • 价格可能会因航空费用、其他交通费用、酒店费用、汇率、政府税等的增加而变动。因此,公司保留在确认旅游之前通知客户并相应提高价格的权利。

6.2 可选活动

  • 未包含在旅游费用中的可选活动不构成旅行的一部分或本合同的一部分。您接受您的团队领队或当地代表在安排可选活动方面提供的任何协助、建议或意见,并不使我们在任何方面对其承担责任。提供该活动的合同将由您和活动提供商之间签订。

    6.3 公司承诺以下内容包含在团费中

    6.3.1 酒店住宿,标准如下:
    双人间:两人共住一间房。
    单人间:单人入住的旅客需支付单房差费用。

    6.3.2 包括项目:
    行程中规定的餐饮、观光、交通及其他项目。

    6.3.3不包括在旅游费用内的项目:
    – 洗衣费
    – 行程中未列明的食物和饮料
    – 自选活动
    – 个人性质的物品及事件

 

7. 未使用服务的退款

基于个人原因未使用的航空费、住宿费、餐费、观光旅游、交通或其他服务不予退款或减少。

 

8. 行李

航空公司提供免费的行李托运额度,该额度可能因航空公司和机场管理部门的不同而有所不同。同样的情况适用于机上携带的随身行李。建议乘客购买充足的保险保障。

 

9. 可能的变更

航空公司的时间表或当地条件可能要求更改观光旅游、酒店和路线。如果发生这种情况,公司将根据当地条件进行替代安排。

 

10. 拒绝权利

10.1 公司保留取消或撤回任何行程或为客户预订的权利,或拒绝接受或保留任何可能危及其他团员的健康或安全,或影响其他人在旅行中的舒适或愉快的人员。

10.2 如果由于任何其他原因,任何承运人、酒店或其他承包商拒绝允许任何参与者参与旅游,公司还保留取消预订的权利。在此类事件中,公司唯一的责任是向旅游成员退还已支付的任何金额,扣除已使用的服务金额以及行政和取消费用。

 

11. 投诉

11.1 如果您在度假期间遇到问题,请尽快通知相关供应商(例如酒店所有者)和我们的领队/代表。他们将立即努力解决问题。然而,如果问题或投诉未能得到满意解决,您应在度假结束后的28天内书面通知我们。

11.2 如果涉及到我们的操作商或司机的疏忽(而不是我们或我们员工在其职责范围内的疏忽),如果您未在旅行期间报告投诉(根据上述程序),我们无法承担任何责任。

11.3 我们将在28天内回复任何投诉,尽管有时由于需要进行调查并可能需要等待供应商或其他第三方的回复,可能需要更长时间。

11.4 如果您未遵循这个简单的程序,我们将被剥夺在您旅行期间调查和纠正您的投诉的机会,这将影响您在本合同下的权利。

 

12. 飞行购票服务

12.1 在预订时需要全额支付所选航班预订费用及适用的管理费。

12.2 您有责任在收到预订确认和旅行文件后立即检查,并立即通知我们任何错误的细节。旅 文件上的乘客姓名必须与护照完全一致。如果因护照与机票之间的姓名不匹配而导致航空公司拒绝登机,我们不承担责任,除非我们负责此错误。

12.3 对已确认的航班预订的任何要求的更改必须由第一位命名的乘客立即以书面形式通知我们。我们将尝试满足所有更改请求,但无法保证满足所有请求。您将需要支付每人每次更改的管理费,以及任何航空公司费用。

12.4 我们的责任仅限于根据您的指示预订航班。我们提供时间表建议,但如果您选择其他时间表,则我们不承担责任。我们对在诚信的基础上提供的任何预订信息概不负责。

12.5 您的预订受相关航空公司的条款和条件约束。

12.7 您有责任完成自己的航班登机手续,并随时了解您的预订状态、行程变更、适用的行李限制以及任何其他航班细节。如果您未能正确完成登机手续或未能通过运营航空公司了解您的预订信息,以及未遵守航空公司的政策和规定,我们将不承担任何责任。

 

13. 旅行保险

所有旅客必须购买旅游保险,保险计划需覆盖以下项目:

  • 医疗费用
  • 紧急撤离与遣返
  • 既往病史及意外伤害
  • 最低保险金额为 150,000美元,用于南极洲的紧急撤离。
 
 

14. 媒体内容

公司有权在旅游期间拍摄的任何照片材料用于广告、促销和其他目的,以任何形式、在任何媒体中,现在或将来,无需进一步支付、考虑、通知或许可, 除非是团友另行通知我们。

15. 数据保护

15.1 我们收集诸如您的姓名、联系方式、付款信息、旅行偏好和护照信息等信息,以向您提供旅行服务。
15.2 我们可能会与航空公司、酒店和相关当局共享必要的信息,以便安排您的旅行。
15.3 为了满足旅行要求,您的数据可能会转移到您管辖范围之外的国家。我们确保此类转移符合数据保护法律。
15.4 我们将保留您的数据,只要为上述目的所必需或法律要求

- Terms and Conditions for Antarctica Cruise Tour -

Standard Terms And Conditions For Outbound Tours

Customers are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions.
Appointed agents shall also be known as “The Company” in the terms and conditions listed below:

1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

1.1 There are a total of four payment phases.
1.2 Deposit: $2500 USD is required to secure your reservation.
1.3 Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid by 1st November 2025.
1.4 Payments is to be made via bank transfer in MYR, calculated based on the latest USD to MYR exchange rate ( an surcharge of 5% for overseas bank fee if any)
1.5 Bookings are confirmed only when all required payments and documents are submitted.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

2.1 Before 31st March (23:59 Malaysia time): A $100 USD administrative fee will be charged for cancellations.
2.2 1st April to 30th June (00:00–23:59 Malaysia time):
A $1000 USD penalty will apply for cancellations.
– If a replacement is found, only a $100 USD administrative fee will be charged.
2.3 From 1st July onwards:
• All payments made previously are non-refundable.
• No replacements will be accepted.

3. TIMELY PAYMENTS

3.1 All payments must be made on time.
3.2 Bucket List reserves the right to cancel bookings if payments are not received by the specified due dates.
3.3 Standard cancellation penalties will apply to any bookings canceled due to late payments or incomplete documentation.

4. COMPANY CANCELLATIONS

    • In the event of unforeseen circumstances or uncontrollable/force majeure events (including but not limited to weather, tides, natural factors, traffic delays/cancellations, illness, pandemics, strikes, wars, or other reasons), we reserve the right to change/cancel the itinerary or postpone the trip at any time. Please note that refunds may not be available, or additional costs may be incurred, which will be determined after the trip.

    • If cancellations occur due to internal company factors, such as not meeting the minimum number of participants for the group or unpredictable situations with the tour leader’s arrangements, we will provide a full refund. Alternatively, you may choose to switch to another trip.

5.  RESPONSIBILITIES

5.1  Responsibilities of Tour Members

    • Tour members are responsible for any economic losses and additional expenses caused by delays due to weather, natural disasters, human factors, flights, transportation, road conditions, political situations, and other uncontrollable factors.

    • Tour members must possess: an international passport or other recognized travel documents with a validity of at least 6 months from the date of return to the home country;

    • Necessary visas, vaccinations, and health certificates as required by the authorities of the countries visited.

    • If any tour member is refused entry or deported by immigration authorities due to carrying illegal items, possessing improper travel documents, or other reasons, or if their behavior and activities are deemed harmful by a foreign government, the company is not responsible for any costs or compensation, nor will the tour price be refunded.

    • Service fees and visa fees will be fully borne by the tour members.

5.2   Relevant Fees and Charges

    • Service charges and visa fees levied shall be borne entirely by the tour members.

5.3  Refusal Entry

  • The company shall not be held responsible or liable for any expenses, reimbursement or refund of tour prices if any tour member is refused entry or deported by immigration authorities resulting from the possession of unlawful items or holding improper travel documents or other causes, or whose behavior and activities are considered to be detrimental by a foreign government.

6. TOUR INFORMATION AND PRICES

6.1  Prices shown are current at the time of publication.

The prices are subject to change due to an increase in airfares, and other transportation costs, hotel rates, exchange rates, government tax, etc. Therefore the company reserves the right to increase prices on condition that it informs the customers accordingly before the confirmation of the tour.

6.2 Optional activities 

Optional activities not included in the tour fees do not form part of the trip or this contract. You accept that any assistance, recommendations or advice given by your group leader or local representative in arranging optional activities (including before or after a trip) does not render us liable for them in any way. The contract for the provision of that activity will be between you and the activity provider.

For operational reasons, not all excursions listed on the tour itinerary may be available during the tour. All additional and, or optional excursions are not guaranteed to operate.

6.3 The company covenants for the following to be included in tour fare:-

6.3.1 Hotel accommodation, based on:

Twin sharing basic (2 persons to a room)
Single supplement (person staying alone-the person concerned must pay the single supplement.)

6.3.2 Meals, sightseeing, transport and other items specified as included in the itinerary.

6.3.3 Items not included in the tour fare are:
-Laundry
-Food and beverages not listed in the itinerary
-Optional activities
-Personal nature items and incidents

 
7. REFUND OF UNUSED SERVICES

No refund or reduction will be issued to any member for unused services, including airfare, accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport, or any other services included in the tour fare, that are not utilized by the tour member due to personal reasons.

8.  POSSIBLE CHANGES 

Airlines schedules or local conditions may require sightseeing tours, hotels and routes to be changed. Should this occur, the company shall make alternative arrangements subject to local conditions.

9. RIGHT TO REJECT

9.1 The company reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any itinerary, or any reservation made for a client or decline to accept or retain any person from being a tour member if he is likely to endanger the health or safety, or impair the comfort or enjoyment of others on the tour.

9.2 The company further reserves the right to cancel the reservation if for any other reason any carrier, hotel or other contractor refuses to allow any participant to participate in the tours. If any of such events, the company’s sole liability shall be to refund to the tour member any money paid, less the amounts for services already utilized, and the administration and cancellation fees.

10. BAGGAGE

Free airline baggage allowance is provided by the airlines and the quantum and conditions may differ from one airline to another and from one airport authority to another. The same applies to hand-carried baggage aboard the aircraft. Passengers are advised to check the allowance and ensure their baggage meets the size and weight requirements.

11. FLIGHT PURCHASE SERVICE

11.1 Full payment of the cost of your chosen flight booking and applicable administration fees is required at the time of booking.

11.2 It is your responsibility to review your booking confirmation and travel documents on receipt and immediately inform us of any incorrect details. The passenger name(s) on travel documents must exactly match the passport(s). We will not be liable if an airline denies boarding due to a name mismatch between passport and ticket, unless we are responsible for the error.

11.3 Any requested changes to confirmed flight bookings must be informed to us in writing immediately by the first named passenger. We will attempt to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee meeting all requests. You will be required to pay an administration fee of per person, per change, plus any airline fees.

11.4 Our responsibility is limited to booking flights according to your instructions. We provide schedule advice but are not liable if you select alternative timings. We accept no responsibility for any booking information relayed in good faith.

11.5 Your booking is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant airline.

11.6 We are not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred due to flight delays, cancellations, or other events beyond our control.

11.7 You are fully responsible for completing your own flight check-in and staying updated on your booking status, itinerary changes, applicable baggage restrictions, and any other flight details. We cannot be held liable for any issues arising from your failure to properly complete check-in procedures or stay informed about your booking via the operating airline and due to non-compliance with airline policies and regulations.

12. COMPLAINTS

12.1. If you have a problem or complaint during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. the hotel owner) and our tour leader/ representative as soon as possible. They will try to rectify the problem immediately. However, if the problem or complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you should write to us within 28 days of the end of your holiday.

12.2. In the event of a problem or complaint involving the negligence of any of our operators or drivers (as opposed to any negligence on our part or on the part of any of our employees acting within the course of their employment), we cannot accept any liability if you do not report the complaint during the tour (in accordance with the procedure set out above).

12.3. We aim to respond to any complaints within 28 days, although this can sometimes take longer as we have to investigate and may need to wait for replies from suppliers or other third parties.

13.TRAVEL INSURANCE

All tour members must buy travel insurance plan that covers medical expenses, evacuation, repatriation, pre-existing conditions, and injuries, with a minimum coverage of $150,000 USD for evacuation from Antarctica.

14. MEDIA CAPTURED

Bucket List Travel & Vacations reserves the right to publish or print any photographic materials taken during the tour for advertising, promotional and other purposes, in any manner, in any and all media, now or hereafter devised, without further payment or consideration, notification or permission, unless notified otherwise by tour members.

15.  DATA PROTECTION

15.1 We collect information such as your name, contact details, payment information, travel preferences, and passport details to provide you with travel services.

15.2 We may share necessary information with airlines, hotels, and relevant authorities to facilitate your travel arrangements.

15.3 Your data may be transferred to countries outside of your jurisdiction to fulfill travel requirements. We ensure such transfers comply with data protection laws.

15.4 We retain your data as long as necessary for the purposes mentioned or as required by law.

By booking, passengers agree to these terms and acknowledge that any itinerary or service adjustments are made to ensure their safety and the overall success of the voyage.
